Join Us Sunday

We gather every Sunday morning on South Padre Island to worship Jesus, open the Scriptures, and encourage one another.

Sunday Service
9:00 AM – about 10:00 AM

📍 Rockin’ Cigar Bar & Grill
204 Palm St
South Padre Island, TX

Yes, it’s a real bar during the week. On Sunday mornings it becomes a church.

What Sunday Feels Like

Our church is small, simple, and centered on Scripture. You won’t find a stage show or a polished production. What you will find is a group of ordinary people learning to follow Jesus together.

A typical morning includes:

• A few worship songs
• Prayer
• Teaching through the Bible
• Conversation and encouragement

Most Sundays feel more like a family gathering than an event.

The Setting

We meet inside Rockin’ Cigar Bar & Grill, which means the room still looks like a bar.

There are tables, bar stools, a pool table, and some colorful decor on the walls. Each Sunday a few of us arrive early, clean things up, set out Bibles, and turn the space into a place where we can worship together.

It’s not fancy. But it’s honest.

And it’s a great reminder that the church has never really been about buildings.

What Should I Wear?

Whatever you’re comfortable in.

Most people wear jeans, shorts, or casual clothes. South Padre Island isn’t a place that takes dress codes too seriously, and neither do we.

What About Kids?

Kids are always welcome.

We currently keep everyone together in the service rather than having separate kids classes. If younger kids need something to do, we have quiet activities available.

Families are part of the church, not an interruption to it.

What About the Teaching?

Most weeks we simply teach through books of the Bible, one passage at a time.

The goal isn’t just information.
We want to understand Scripture and learn how it shapes everyday life. Check out the STUDIES button above to get a taste.

Who Comes to OneTwo Church?

You’ll find a mix of people:

• locals
• seasonal island workers
• families
• retirees/ winter Texans
• visitors passing through the island

What we all have in common is a desire to follow Jesus seriously and encourage one another along the way.

We'd Love to Meet You

If you decide to visit, come say hello after the service. We’d genuinely enjoy getting to know you.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to walk through the door. Just come as you are and join us for the morning.
